recovering from a cold...whhhooo, hoooo, on the upswing. Roasting from Ethiopia today, Harrar and Yirga next. smells soooo good. Already had a press pot. I need to make this a party when I roast...that's the plan a small (3) seat , stool espresso bar, invitation only, with the wall a window facing out to the ..... view of the country. can't wait.
