...o.k. it's 7:36 PM not AM I'm a little behind..12 hours behind to be exact. Takes me a few days to bounce back from a full weekend @ CoffeeFest combined with everyday ordinary life. Still working on the those tiny bubbles atop the crema...a new blend right around the corner. Life is for celebrating. Phil Joel, says we "Ian" made the best flat white this side of News Zealand.
